關於 周龍鴻 博士
周龍鴻博士自2005年起擔任PM-ABC的總經理,並榮獲臺灣首位Scrum Alliance認證Scrum培訓師(Certified Scrum Trainer,CST)的殊榮。
自2014年7月起,他與另一位加拿大籍Bill Li, CST 一起在臺灣培訓了超過50%(1,000人)的CSM。2015年他獲得了Agile獎,並在倫敦由YOH頒發了「敏捷最佳推手獎(https://bwnews.pr/3kV9Ku8)」的殊榮。
他對Scrum的願景跳脫IT行業,致力於在臺灣非IT產業中推廣敏捷。周博士設定了一個宏偉的目標,希望在十年內幫助100家企業採用Scrum。輝瑞、理光、日產、WNC、GSS和FECT等知名企業都專注於周博士的指導下將Scrum應用於非IT領域。

Dr. Roger Chou is the CEO of PM-ABC Inc. since 2005, and holds the distinction of being the first person in Taiwan to achieve the Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) title from the Scrum Alliance.
Since July 2014, he and Bill Li, another accomplished CST, have been instrumental in training over 50% of Certified ScrumMasters (1,000) in Taiwan. In 2015, Dr. Chou was honored with the Agile Award and received the accolade of "The Person Who Has Done the Most to Promote Agile" by YOH in London.
His vision for Scrum extends beyond the IT sector, as he endeavors to promote Agile methodologies within non-IT industries throughout Taiwan. Dr. Chou has set an ambitious goal of helping 100 companies adopt Scrum within a decade. Renowned corporations, such as Pfizer, Ricoh, Nissan, WNC, GSS, and FECT, are among those focusing on non-IT applications of Scrum, guided by Dr. Chou's expertise.
Dedicated to elevating the competitiveness of industries in Taiwan and China, Dr. Chou finds deep satisfaction in training Agile professionals. With a decade of commitment to this pursuit, he aspires to bring about even more miraculous transformations in the future.
