Award-winning woodworking artist Tim Richards transformed a dead Torrey pine into a piece of public art, "Sunset Seat", that also serves as a wooden bench where people can sit and look at the scenic surroundings. Attached is a carved red-tailed hawk — the official bird of Torrey Pines Reserve.

These blue flowers and 'mean looking' easter bunny (look closely at the eyes) is actually from Christiane's international neighborhood in Germany.

I have 5 pepper plants from last year . They may or may not do well!
