Part 2 in our Sleep Solutions series focuses on developing a positive sleep environment and bedtime routine. It includes information on different sensory considerations, calming sensory strategies and will help you understand sleep dependencies so you can implement an effective routine.
Part 3 in our Sleep Solutions series targets identifying potential strategies/interventions to support sleep challenges. You will also find a list of references for the entire series at the end of this video.
