Cospian-Kaldonian Vendition

Treaty between the Holy Nations of the Kaldun Empire and the Cospian Queendom.

As a servant of the most Holy Light and the creator of our lands we hereby send a request to our most esteemed allies in the divine salvation of Illumire, the most esteemed Empire of Kaldun in the year 1185 in the 3rd Age of the Modern World.

In recent years, in lue of the emergence of a new world and the so-called “War of the Senges Mountains”, the Royal Matriarchy of Cospian has come under severe circumstances. As a long standing line of Queens and holy-royal blood we are a proud nation who has had many conquests throughout our great history. We have rightly claimed land of great nations that have come before the previous lords and ladies of histories. From these lands we have gained considerable wealth and prosperity that has come under considerable attack in recent years.

On behalf of the Holy Cospian Queendom and our great queen Aalasia Veria Wella Fi Regala and in unity with the Holy Empire of Kladun and the Emperor Primus Accius Elpidius 2nd of his name, under the council of the head of the treasury, Plicia Hatiusued, we shall concord here the total documentation of what shall hence be known as the Cospian-Kaldonian Vendition. This vendition will be made up in articles to document the transfer of Cospian land to the Kaldonian Empire.

Art. I

In the cession made the adjacent lands of the cities Mors, Eraks, Felt, Dominio, and Falsin, and all vacant lands and all public buildings, fortifications, barracks and other edifices which are not private property to the nation of Kaldun. The Archives, papers & documents relative to the domain and Sovereignty of the lands of North Cospian and its dependances will be left in the possession of the Commissaries of the Treasuries of Kaldun, and copies will be afterwards given in due form to the Magistrates and Municipal officers of such of the said papers and documents as may be necessary to them.

Art. II

The inhabitants of this ceceeded territory shall be incorporated into the Kaldonian domain and made into citizens of the Kaldonian Empire with full access to the rank of Grand Citizen. Advantages and immunities of citizens of the territories shall be considered when granting citizenship, and in the meantime they shall be maintained and protected in the free enjoyment of their liberty, property and the religion which they profess.

Art. III

In future and for ever after the expiration of the twelve years, the roads of the newly acquired lands shall be open to trade from 12 years from the treaties signing.

Art. IV

The Empire of Kaldun promises to execute such treaties and articles as may have been agreed between Kadveir-Senges and the tribes and nations of the Fjords until by mutual consent of Kaldun and the said tribes or nations other suitable articles shall have been agreed upon.

Art. V

There shall be sent by the Government of Cospian a Commissary to the northern lands of Cospian, which are now apart of the Kaldun Empire, to the end that he do every act necessary as well to receive from the Holy Lady of Cospian to grant the new protectorates of the land total understanding and control of the formally mentioned lands.

Art. VI

Immediately after the ratification of the present Vendition by the Emperor of Kaldun and in case that of the first Consul's shall have been previously obtained, the commissary of the Cospian Queendom shall remit all military posts of Northern Cospian and other parts of the ceded territory to the Commissary or Commissaries named by the Emperor to take possession.

Art. VII

All territory along the Kaldonian border to the Peninsula of Mordaa shall be hereby bestowed to the Empire of Kaldun as permanent wards of the great lands, cities, and peoples. The cities of Mors, Eraks, Felt, Dominio, and Falsin shall be hereby also granted to the empire. The roads between Eraks and Falsin shall serve as the southern borders of the newly created territory.
