The Red Sea Scrolls were found in the early ages among Vampiric Cults who worshiped blood magic. The Scrolls also included runes and spells for which the followers could use to access the Red Sea. No evidence of the existence of the Red Sea or the mad god as an outerplane has ever been confirmed. The Brotherhood of Blood was founded upon the principles of the Red Sea scrolls.
