Week 5 = Net play basics. Whoever controls the net, controls the point.
🎯 MAIN OBJECTIVE WEEK 5
Players can play a stable volley at the net with control, correct positioning, and constant pressure on the opponent.

Perform a split step upon contact with the opponent

Hitting the ball in front of the body
