📝 SAMPLE INTERNSHIP REPORT (EXAM LEVEL)
Here's a concise but exam-oriented example:
Internship Report – Padel Coach in Training
During my internship, I gained 80 hours of practical experience within the club. My focus was on realistic game play and applying the 4 steps of the padel technique.
In the first few weeks, I mainly observed. I used the observational technique (GRAS) and the observational tactical approach (5 main game situations). I noticed that many players hit technically correct, but made tactically incorrect choices in the transition zone.
From week 3, I started teaching individual lessons. My focus was on:
Positioning in the backcourt
Recognizing the correct intention (neutral or build-up)
Split step timing
An important learning point was limiting my coaching to a maximum of 3 key points per player. This created more calm and clarity. While organizing a club activity, I learned the importance of safety and clear communication. Fair play and exemplary behavior were key.
In recent weeks, I've been conducting full training sessions independently. I noticed my lesson structure strengthening and my ability to anticipate game situations more effectively.
My greatest development lies in analyzing game intentions and applying tactical choices within drills.
My focus remains maintaining tempo during training.
