📍 TRAINING 1 – OBSERVING + ASSIST (2 hours)
1️⃣ Observation assignment
Observe 2 players in the backcourt.
Use this diagram:

Are they standing 1–2 meters behind the service line?
Are they split-stepping?
Are they touching the ball in front of the body?
Decide
Are they playing neutrally or forcing?
Are they choosing high on the backhand?

2️⃣ Drill – Rally Control Backhand
Line-up:

Topic: Recognizing Intention
Exercise: Moment of Choice
Situation: Opponent is at the net.
Ask the player before the shot:
What is your intention?
Options:
Lob
High on the backhand
Soft and deep
After the shot:
What was the result?
Was the intention correct?
This is the 4th step: feedback.
