𝐈𝐅𝐒𝐔 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆

𝐈𝐅𝐒𝐔 𝐎𝐕𝐏𝐀𝐀 𝟎𝟕𝐍𝐎𝐕𝟐𝟓 || Academic officials from across Ifugao State University campuses convened today, November 7, for a strategic convergence meeting organized by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA). Held at the Periodical Section of the IFSU Lamut Campus Library, the face-to-face session brought together Campus Executive Directors and College Deans from all programs and campuses for a focused dialogue on key academic and operational concerns.

Dr. Jennifer Madonna G. Dait, VPAA led the discussions and underscored the importance of the gathering as a venue for reflective dialogue, policy clarification, and collaborative planning. “This meeting was not just about policies, it was about aligning our academic vision and ensuring that our programs remain responsive to the needs of our students and communities,” Dr. Dait said.

The agenda covered institutional matters concerning On-the-Job Training (OJT), the development and utilization of instructional materials, faculty evaluation protocols and timelines, and the strategic direction of the OVPAA, etc. Participants also raised additional academic and operational concerns during the open forum.

Attendance was officially recorded, with all invited officials actively participating in the discussions. The meeting concluded with renewed commitments to uphold academic excellence, strengthen coordination across campuses, and advance the University’s mission through inclusive leadership and evidence-based decision-making.
