2. Academic Data Analytics

A dedicated module within the IFSU Academic Information Management System (AIMS) is currently being developed to generate analytics-ready data from institutional databases. This data will be used to monitor faculty workload patterns, track hiring trends, and guide the reinvestment of savings into faculty development. Quarterly analytics reports will be institutionalized to support policy decisions and strategic planning across academic units.
