Un atelier è una stanza ove un artista opera.

La scelta di esso deriva da alcuni fattori: il fascino del palazzo centenario, la bellezza dell'ambiente circostante (un lago che si affaccia su tre Paesi), la prospettiva emotiva che ha ispirato il progetto, il Paese civile ove è posto, il posizionamento strategico accanto alla frontiera.

L'atelier si trova in un edificio costruito nel 1879 a Kreuzlingen, che si affaccia sul lago di Costanza nel Cantone di Turgovia nel Nord della Svizzera.

Nella strada principale della cittadina, a pochi metri dal confine tedesco, l'atelier propone uno spazio espositivo, luogo di incontro, di lavoro condiviso, spazio performativo e di aggregazione.

L'atelier offre due ambienti di centoventi mq in tutto, con spazio privato antistante e pure sul retro.

Il fondo è stato acquisito utilizzando anche risorse derivanti dalle due opere EuroVSEuropa e Porsche.

L'edificio di tre piani e mansarda è suggestivo e rispecchia la tradizione architettonica locale.

Nell'atelier intendiamo promuovere progetti ed eventi, stabilendo collaborazioni con talenti emergenti.

An atelier is a room where an artist works.

Its choice comes from a number of factors: the charme of the centenary palace, the beauty of the surrounding environment (a lake that overlooks three countries), the emotional outlook that inspired the project, the civilian country where it is located, the positioning trategic alongside the border.

The atelier is located in a buiding of 1879 in Kreuzlingen, which overlooks the Constance Lake, in the canton of Thurgau in the North of Switzerland.

In the main street of the town, just a few meters from the German border, the atelier offers an exhibition space, meeting place, shared work, performance space and aggregation.

The atelier has two rooms of one hundred and twenty square meters in all, with private space in front and in the back.

 The site has been acquired also using the resources of this artworks: EuroVSEuropa and Porsche.

The three floors and mansard building is striking and reflects the local architectural tradition.

In the atelier we intend to promote projects and events, creating collaborations with emerging talents.
