Customize Table Columns
By Miller Prosser, May 2017
When you add items to a set, OCHRE can display those items as a table. OCHRE provides a fairly comprehensive sequence of columns in the table. Sometimes you really only need a few columns in your table. To customize the columns, you can either add the specific Property Variables to the Table Columns/Tags tab or you can select from a variety of check boxes on the Format Specification tab.
Use the Linked Items pane (in the usual way) to link variables from the Taxonomy category
The Format Specification tab is used to prepare data for a variety of uses by external programs. OCHRE can format data to be used by R scripts. It can also export data in formats expected by visualization programs such as Gephi. Please contact the OCHRE Data Service to help configure data for use in these and other programs.
Set Configuration
With a few selections, you can limit the number of columns in the table, making the data much easier to work with.
