Adding Links from a Set of Resources
Sometimes you may want to link items from a set. Typically you'll create this set from a query. Once you have the items in your set, you can load that set in the query results pane, which will allow you to link these items to other database items.
Let's say we searched for resources that were not linked anywhere in the project.
We save these results in a set called "Object cards not linked."
In the query results pane, toggle into Saved sets mode. (Yellow button below)
Choose the set from the pick list and click load. (Pink pick list below)
Change the display format into Checklist mode. (Green pick list below)
Now you are free to select any item from the list and use the checklist-link button to add it as a link where needed.
