Observations: About 4 degrees away from a 20 hr old moon so easy to find. Windy!
The comet was within 10 degrees of the horizon and it wasn't fully dark yet. Only the crescent moon and comet were visible with the binoculars. The view was similar to one pictured on WikiPedia taken the next night that can be seen here.
