I put this page together before the announcement of the Imaging--Messier Observing Program. Since the OP prohibits remote scopes this doesn't meet the requirements, but it does show images of the Messier Catalog.
Rules/Requirements
Image all 110 Messier objects and keep a record of your observations. Your notes must include
a. Date and Time of observations (local time or UT)
b. Latitude and Longitude of observations
c. Seeing and Transparency (not provided by Slooh)
d. Aperture size of telescope (see bottom of the page)
e. Details of imaging equipment used. (see bottom of the page)
f. A description of the Messier objects.

Slooh targets are scheduled via "missions" where the user selects a preset that specifies exposure length, time, gamma, and filters. For all Messier "missions" the generic preset was chosen. See the information at the bottom of this page for generic mission specifics.
Image formats and post-processing:
Slooh saves images in two formats: fits and jpgs. Slooh calibrates, stacks, and adjusts gamma based on the preset before saving the image as a jpg. Fits are calibrated, and saved but not stacked. All scope/camera combinations other than the OSC Canary Three usually take single LRGB frames. (see the Slooh information tab for more details)
I used the Slooh-provided jpgs whenever possible and resorted to fits files only when image issues occurred (bad tracking, filter wheel failure, mechanical problems).
The images were post-processed with Levels, Curves, and Astronomy Tools in my old version of PhotoShop CS2 to bring out more detail in the targets. I used Noise Ninja to reduce noise in the images. My PhotoShop skills are limited.
In all images below North is Up and East is to the Left.
Note: I'm very red/green colorblind so the colors below are probably not what normal vision people see. They look great to me!

Presets and Exposure Information:
Slooh breaks down telescope time into five minute intervals for scheduling called missions. During that time the scope slews to acquire the target, change to the first filter, and starts and finishes the run. Long, slow slews can cause problems and failed missions.
Slooh users aren’t directly able to control exposures. They can select a “preset” for missions they schedule. Slooh provides images in two formats, fits and jpgs/pngs. All images are automatically dark frame & flat field calibrated, The preset adjusts exposure, gamma and stretch for the jpgs.pngs but leaves fits files unchanged. Stacking of the appropriate images is done by Slooh. Different presets allow for exposures between five and fifty seconds, with filters and different binning. Once I select a preset I need to write it down because I can't find the information later online.
I most commonly use the Generic preset because the final image looks more natural to me. The exposure information for the various scopes using Generic are:
Canary One: (ten minute missions)
3x60 second Luminance with 3x3 binning
1x50 second R, G, & B with 3x3 binning
A low contrast liner stretch is applied to both the delivered luminance image and the merged LRGB image.
Canary Two, Canary Four, Chile One and Chile Two:
1x50 second clear (luminance) with 2x2 binning
1x20 second R, G, & B with 3x3 binning (1x25 seconds for Chile One)
A low contrast liner stretch is applied to both the delivered luminance image and the merged LRGB image.
Canary Three:
One shot color with up to 3x90 seconds and 2x2 binning
A contrast linear stretch is applied
