Fun Fact! is developed by Nathan Edkin ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how Fun Fact! handles your information. In short: Fun Fact! runs entirely on your device, and we do not collect your data.
Information we collect
None on our servers. Fun Fact! has no account system and no backend server operated by us. Your favorites and settings are stored only on your device. The Home Screen widget reads facts bundled inside the app.
Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. Fun Fact! does not track you across other apps or websites and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Purchases
Fun Fact! offers one optional, one-time in-app purchase (Fun Fact! Pro) that unlocks every category. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit, and we never receive your payment details. A signed purchase confirmation is stored on your device so the purchase can be unlocked and restored. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Sharing
When you share a fact card, it goes only where you choose to send it, using Apple's share sheet. We never see what you share.
Data retention and your control
All data stays on your device. Deleting the app removes all of its data.
Children
Fun Fact! is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change.
