License
Your use of our apps is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to the Standard EULA and to these additional terms.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Some apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, Fold Pro and Unhabit Premium). Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
One-time purchases
One-time purchases unlock features permanently on your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases in the app to unlock them again on a new device. Consumable items, such as coin packs, are used up and cannot be restored.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Health, fitness, and informational content
Havien and AFT Pro Elite provide general information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor or for official guidance. Talk to a medical professional before starting a fast or a new fitness program. AFT Pro Elite is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any government agency.
Privacy
Each app's privacy policy explains what data it handles. You can find them under Privacy Policy in the menu above.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
