Cert Quest: Cybersecurity Prep ("the app") is a study game for the CompTIA Security+ exam, published by Nathan Edkin. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
Information we collect: none.
The app has no account, no login and no sign-up. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not send your information anywhere.
On-device data.
Your progress (study boxes, lab results, practice exam scores, budget, defenses and settings) is stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes it.
Purchases.
The optional one-time purchase (Unlock All Domains) is processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information. "Restore purchase" uses your Apple Account through Apple's servers.
Children.
The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Third parties.
Apple (App Store purchases) is the only third party involved.
Changes.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
