Rumpus Privacy Policy

Rumpus is developed by Nathan Edkin ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how Rumpus handles your information. In short: Rumpus runs entirely on your device, and we do not collect your data.
Information we collect
None. Rumpus has no account system and no server operated by us. Player names, team names, settings and any custom decks you make are stored only on your device.
Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, health data, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. Rumpus does not use the camera or microphone, does not track you across other apps or websites and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Motion data is read on your device only to detect tilts during a Forehead round and is never stored or sent anywhere.
Purchases
Rumpus offers one optional, one-time in-app purchase (Rumpus Pro). Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details.
Data retention and your control
Everything Rumpus saves stays on your device. Deleting the app removes all of its data, including custom decks.
Children
Rumpus is made for families and groups. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children.
Game content
All game cards are written for Rumpus. Some decks, such as Spooky Season, include mild spooky themes.
