Privacy Policy for Airspace Ace
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Airspace Ace ("the game") is a single-player study game for the Part 107 remote pilot knowledge test, published by Nathan Edkin. This policy explains what the game does and does not do with your information.
Information we collect: none directly.
Airspace Ace has no account, no login and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos, and we do not run our own analytics or servers. The only data handling is by Apple and by our advertising partner, described below.
On-device data.
Your jobs, cash, reputation, upgrades, study progress, practice test scores and settings are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the game removes it.
Purchases.
The in-app purchase (Pro Pilot) is processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information. "Restore purchases" uses your Apple Account through Apple's servers.
Game Center.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your jobs completed, best practice test score and daily streak are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center name. This is handled by Apple; we do not receive your Apple Account details.
Advertising.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob: an interstitial ad may show after you complete a job (at most every third job, never during a practice test and never in your first ten minutes), and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch to double a job's pay. To serve ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and basic device and usage information. Where required, the game first shows Google's consent form, then asks for your permission through App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, AdMob serves only non-personalized ads and the game plays exactly the same. You can change your ad choices any time in the More tab (Ad privacy choices, where available). Buying Pro Pilot turns off ads. AdMob's data handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive or store any of this data.
Children.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and is not in the Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third parties.
Apple (App Store purchases and Game Center) and Google AdMob (ads) are the only third parties involved.
Changes.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
