Jumpin Ninja — Privacy Policy

Jumpin Ninja is a one-tap arcade game for iPhone. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. In short: Jumpin Ninja keeps everything on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no ads, and no tracking.
The short version
• Jumpin Ninja has no user accounts and no back-end servers of its own.
• Your high score, progress, unlocked skins, and settings are stored only on your device.
• The app does not collect analytics, does not use advertising, and contains no third-party tracking or advertising software.
• Jumpin Ninja never sells or shares your personal information. There is no one to share it with — the app does not transmit your data anywhere.
Information Jumpin Ninja handles
Game data. Your best score, banked shuriken, selected and unlocked skins, and preferences (such as the sound setting) are created as you play and stored locally on your iPhone using the device's standard storage. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to us or anyone else.
Purchases (Ninja Pack). Jumpin Ninja is free, with one optional in-app purchase, the "Ninja Pack," which unlocks all skins. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Jumpin Ninja does not see or store your payment information. Whether you own the Ninja Pack is determined by Apple's StoreKit and kept on your device. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
What Jumpin Ninja does not do
• No accounts or sign-in.
• No servers, no cloud upload, no sync of your data to us.
• No analytics or usage tracking.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of your personal information.
• No access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or health data.
Data storage and security
Your information lives on your device and is protected by your iPhone's own security. Because Jumpin Ninja stores its data locally, deleting the app removes that data from your device.
Children's privacy
Jumpin Ninja is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, it does not gather information from children or any other users.
Your choices
• Sound: toggle in the game's Settings.
• Your data: delete the app to remove Jumpin Ninja's on-device data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a
new effective date.
