Unhabit — Privacy Policy

Unhabit is built to be private by design. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle.
1. Information we collect
None on our servers. Unhabit has no account system and no backend server operated by us. Everything you log — your unhabits, cravings, slips, check-ins, and notes — is stored only on your device using Apple's on-device database. We cannot see it, and it is never sent to us.
2. Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. Purchases
If you buy Unhabit Premium (an auto-renewing annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase), the transaction is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify purchases and subscription status. To do this, Apple and RevenueCat receive the purchase and entitlement information required to deliver and restore your purchase, along with an anonymous identifier. They do not receive the recovery data you log in the app. See:

4. Notifications
Reminders and other notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content leaves your device.
5. Data retention and your control
Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control. You can erase all of your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Erase All Data), and deleting the app removes its data from your device.
6. Children
Unhabit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this URL.
