Havien — Privacy Policy

Havien is a fasting tracker for iPhone. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. In short: Havien is built to keep your data on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, and no tracking.
The short version
• Havien has no user accounts and no back-end servers of its own.
• Your fasting history, notes, settings, and weight trend are stored only on your device.
• Havien does not collect analytics, does not use advertising, and does not include any third-party tracking or advertising software.
• Havien never sells or shares your personal information. There is no one to share it with — the app does not transmit your data anywhere.
Information Havien handles
Fasting and app data. Your fasts, timers, notes, preferences, and related information are created by you and stored locally on your iPhone. This data stays on your device (including in a shared container used to power the Havien home-screen widget) and is not uploaded to us or anyone else.
Apple Health (body weight). If you choose to connect Apple Health, Havien reads your body weight (read-only) so it can show your weight trend alongside your fasts. Havien never writes to Apple Health, and this data is used only to display it to you inside the app. Health data stays on your device, is never transmitted off the device, and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can turn this access on or off at any time in the iOS
Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health → Havien. Connecting Apple Health is entirely optional; Havien works without it.
Purchases (Havien Pro). Havien is free, with an optional one-time in-app purchase, "Havien Pro." Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Havien does not see or store your payment information. Whether you own Havien Pro is determined by Apple's StoreKit and kept on your device.
Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Notifications. If you enable notifications, Havien schedules reminders (such as fasting timers) locally on your device using Apple's notification system. These reminders are generated on-device; no notification content is sent to us. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Havien.
What Havien does not do
• No accounts or sign-in.
• No servers, no cloud upload, no sync of your data to us.
• No analytics or usage tracking.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of your personal information.
• No access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
Data storage and security
Your information lives on your device and is protected by your iPhone's own security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and device encryption). Because Havien stores data locally, deleting the app removes its data from your device. If you have connected Apple Health, deleting Havien does not delete anything from Apple Health itself — that data remains in the Health app and under your control.
Children's privacy
Havien is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, it does not gather information from children or any other users.
Your choices
• Apple Health: grant or revoke Havien's read access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Havien.
• Notifications: enable or disable in iOS Settings → Notifications → Havien.
• Your data: delete the app to remove Havien's on-device data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected here.
