5. Nahha Law

Nahha Law is structured into layers. Different layers of the law are handled by different groups. At the top level is 'The Principles'. These are the basic principles from which all Nahha Law is derived. A breach of one or more of The Principles means that the law has been broken, regardless of whether or not a more specific law has been broken. The objective is to remove loopholes.

Subsequent laws are broken down into General Law (analogous to our criminal law) and Profession Law. Profession Law is more closely related to our civil laws and is often technical in nature. The professions themselves administer and apply these laws, thus a plumber who does a poor job will be adjudged and tried by his plumbing profession.
