Experiencing a black screen upon login, followed by disconnection after entering PIC?


Facing an "Unable to connect to server" error despite the server being online? 

1. Close the game and navigate to MysticMS.exe. Right-click on it and select "Properties." Proceed to the "Compatibility" tab and set it to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

2. After applying the compatibility settings, restart your computer to ensure all changes take effect.

3. Verify that your firewall settings are disabled or configured to allow MysticMS.exe to establish connections without hindrance.

Constant game crashes​
Right-click MysticMS.exe, go to "Properties", go to "Compatibility", set it to Windows XP (Service Pack 3). 


Crash after open your inventory
Open Run Type "Regedit" and click OK Find the following: HKEY_LOCALMACHINE > Software > WOW6432Node and then delete Wizet Folder Alternatively, if you've played GMS (the official version) recently, it may be the cause of this problem. It’s just due to Nexon adding the new “Decoration” tab. As long as you aren’t on that tab when you log out of GMS, you shouldn’t have any issue. 



Missing XINPUTUAP.dll or d3dx9_43.dll

How to change the game resolution


Go into your MysticMS folder. Open "Mystic.ini". In the bottom field "resolution = #", replace # with a number between 0-4 based on the resolution you'd like to use. Save the file and then open MysticMS.exe


Anti-virus or Windows Defender deletes the game files
You need to set an exclusion to the MysticMS folder so the files aren't deleted.

You're likely missing game files. First, restart your computer and then try MysticMS.exe. If that isn't working, turn off your anti-virus completely, unpack the game files again and then try MysticMS.exe.
