Description:  The project was initiated to confirm the readiness of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) for the Investors in Excellence (IIE) assessment. This marks DEWA's third recertification, yet it is the first to be conducted under the fourth version of the IIE Standard.

The evaluation highlighted numerous strengths that form a solid base for implementing the 2021 strategy. It established a clear understanding of What Matters Most (WMM). Through the Corporate Strategy Map 2021, robust methods, backed by proper governance, are employed to disseminate DEWA's vision and mission.

Deliverables: DEWA Certified as Investor in Excellence for the 3rd time. and in 2017 DEWA re-certified for IIE.
