Description:  Develop a self-assessment methodology adhering to the Dubai self-assessment criteria, and conduct the assessment for the organization and a specific department. Furthermore, evaluate and determine the readiness of DM for sub-awards, encompassing Finance, Communication, and e-Government. The primary outcomes for the project should include a comprehensive Self-Assessment Methodology, complete with all necessary tools, forms, and required training.
