My name is Madalyn Skidmore and I am currently an intervention specialist at Wyoming City Schools. I am also graduating with my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. During my teaching career and master's program, I discovered that I have a passion for instructional design, adult learning theory, and training content creation.
In this portfolio you will find different teaching/training tools that I have made and used in my career or created in college. While these tools are not as adult-learning centric, I my goal is to display my strengths in instructional design. I believe these strengths include; how I can connect with my trainees, creativity, work ethic, data collection system creation and implementation, and flexible thinking to solve complex problems.
I have added Master's capstone project to showcase my education in this field.
