TSRB
(Territory Structure Review Board)
(Territory Structure Review Board)
The TSRB is a group of appointed players who decide whether or not a territory structure is adequate with regard to its aesthetics (how it looks)
This is different from our objective set of siegeable structure regulations (SSR) - the SSR are not opinionated and are checked before you can claim a territory. The SSR don't examine aesthetics to any reasonable standard.
Claiming territories does not involve the TSRB.
Once you actually steward a territory, any player can report it to the TSRB at any time if they think it does not look satisfactory. Reports are the only reason the TSRB would look at a particular structure.
The player who reports the structure will need to provide a specific reason as to why the structure fails to look satisfactory.
After a report, the TSRB will be given screenshots of all exterior parts of your structure as well as the interior of its capture area.
Each board member will decide if it looks "BAD" or "NOT BAD" and vote for the outcome of the change.
If the majority of the board members decide the structure looks "BAD", you will be notified and required to make the change(s) within 48 Hrs. Failure to make the changes will result in a territory kick and you will have to wait 5 days before you can re-apply for that territory.
You do not need to be amazing at building to make a suitable territory structure. All it takes is some effort to make it look like something from Middle-earth, and you'll be fine.
You have two options:
Message a member of senior staff on Discord, providing the name of the territory and the given reason(s) as to why it looks "bad".
Report it in our Discord server in the #support channel, providing the name of the territory.
Board members are volunteers, but are only appointed if it does not impede on the TSRB's aim of being unbiased. Therefore we look for balanced numbers of board members from different "sides" in the event of a conflict such as a war. Neutral TSRB members are preferred, but not required.
TSRB member requirements:
Knowledgeable to a reasonable degree of LOTR-related media.
Can communicate in English to a suitable level.
Unbiased when making TSRB decisions.
To apply, please message a senior staff member on Discord.
