1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a programme, or attending any Level123 Coaching service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with payment or participation.

2. Nature of Services

Level123 Coaching provides:

• Leadership coaching programmes

• Group training sessions

• Online and live workshops

• Professional development content and materials

All services are designed for educational and professional development purposes only.

We do not provide:

• Medical advice

• Psychological treatment

• Legal or financial advice

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated. Ask for Payment Options.

• Your place in the programme is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

• Payment is processed securely via approved payment gateways.

4. Programme Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Confirmation email with joining instructions

• Access details for live sessions

• Programme materials (where applicable)

Access is granted for the duration of the programme and any specified follow-up period.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because this is a limited-capacity live coaching programme:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the programme start date may qualify for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

• Cancellations less than 7 days before start date are non-refundable.

• No refunds are issued for non-attendance or missed sessions.

• If Level123 Coaching cancels the programme, you will receive a full refund or transfer option.

6. Rescheduling

Level123 Coaching reserves the right to:

• Reschedule sessions due to facilitator availability or unforeseen circumstances

• Provide alternative dates or equivalent replacement sessions

Participants will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the programme, including:

• Worksheets

• Frameworks

• Slides

• Videos

• Coaching models

remain the intellectual property of Level123 Coaching.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell materials

• Share login or access details

• Republish programme content publicly

8. Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Results depend on your own participation and application

• Coaching is a facilitation process, not a guarantee of outcomes

• You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and implementation

9. Limitation of Liability

Level123 Coaching shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Business, financial, or employment outcomes

• Decisions made based on coaching content

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Confidentiality

All personal discussions during coaching sessions are treated as confidential, except where:

• Disclosure is required by law

• There is risk of harm to self or others

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
