About Me

 Greetings! I’m Hoàng Anh, thirteen years old,  but I use my pen name Hắc Anh (Hac Anh). "Hắc" means notorious or dark in Vietnamese, and "Anh" is my name. I’m bilingual, so I can speak both Vietnamese and English. I am trying to learn Latin and hope to finish my French course in the future. As an aspiring author, I usually write social commentary novels or horror set in Asia. Sometimes, I write about Vietnamese culture and history, since it is still very much underrated internationally. Because I write in both my mother tongue and English, I always do my best to translate my Vietnamese stories for a global audience. When I'm not writing, you can find me cooking or playing badminton, but yeah, student life so I study most of the time. I grew up in a fairly traditional Catholic family, so my worldview might be a bit different from yours. I love theology, history, and criminology! =)
