Greetings and salutations, I am cherry, known as cherrysintrafik on most platforms, and I practise art forms including knitting, sewing, and crocheting. I come from Norwegian heritage, and use Scandinavian traditions to inspire some of my art, as well as the music I listen to and the world around me. I speak Norwegian, English, French, Bulgarian, and Czech, but I can't say I'm fully fluent in any. My door is open to everyone, if you're looking for inspiration, a friend, or just for the sake of it.

Simple Socks with a Short Row Heel and ToeΒ

I used about β of a skein of King Cole Truffle in colour Coconut to test run a pair of fluffy socks that are perfect for cold weather. Knitted on 3mm needles in around six hours (three per sock).

I used a 50g skein from Madrigal Yarns that I found at a yarn show when I was in the UK a few weeks ago. I bought it because the colour reminded me of a mallard duck, and I thought it would pair well with another yarn I had bought earlier that day (they are now a knitted set). Knitted on 2.25mm needles in roughly three hours.
Crochet
I crocheted these dogs with a chenille yarn I got from my old neighbour when she moved out, and it didnβt have a band, so I do not know the name of it. They are based off of a pattern I found on Instagram, but with modified noses and ears so they would look more like my friendβs dogs. Crocheted with a 2.5mm hook in about an hour (30 minutes each).
