8 The sums that are required to meet the monetary obligations of Her Majesty in right of Canada under Chapters 13, 22, 23 and 25 of the Agreement are to be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

According to Section 8 of the Eeyou Marine Region Land Claims Agreement Act, the funds necessary to fulfill the financial obligations of the Canadian government under Chapters 13, 22, 23, and 25 of the Agreement will be allocated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
