PREREQUISITE: LEVEL 10
Adept spellcasters need a deeper understanding of magic to reliably cast these spells.
PREREQUISITE: 16
Master spellcasters are few in number and are known for their exceptional magical prowess.
PREREQUISITE: 20
Few, if any, living spellcasters possess the ability to cast these spells.
