IN THE DISTANCE, beautifully-plucked musical notes echoed. He halted, quietly following the music. Their eyes met, and she admired his erudition. Setting aside her instrument, she spontaneously penned moving verses.
Enthralled by her music, poetry, and calligraphy prowess, he marvelled at the existence of such a beautiful girl in this remote place. Leading her to the palace, he summoned renowned musicians, poets, and singers from the Yarkant Khanate’s territory. She, along with the court’s chief musician, Kodir, led them to collect and organise folk Muqam melodies. She, Amannisahan, became the mother of the Twelve Muqam.
On a stone monument, a pair of plucked string instruments engraved along with passionate verses in Islamic calligraphy and Chinese characters, artfully combine music, poetry, and calligraphy, showcasing the rich ancient culture.

远处传来优美的弹拨尔乐声，他停下脚步然后悄悄地循着乐声走去。四目交会，她倾心于他的谈吐博学，放下乐器，即席写下动人的诗句。他拜倒于她的乐声、诗才与书法，惊叹在穷乡僻壤中竟生长了这么美丽的姑娘，于是领着她入宫。他召集了叶尔羌汗国疆域内知名的乐师、诗人、歌手入宫，让她和宫廷首席乐师柯迪尔带领他们收集整理民间流传的木卡姆诸曲，她就是十二木卡姆之母—阿曼尼莎。
石碑上刻着一对弹拨尔，用伊斯兰书法与汉文表达了充满热情的诗句，巧妙地结合了音乐、诗歌与书法，展现了悠远深厚的古老文化。
