During Thai Class, we learned about reading more complex sentences and making inferences.
We learned about context, scanning for information, and answering questions based on evidence in Thai.
In hindsight, I found this to be quite challenging, given my experience in writing and reading the language. But, overall, I would say my reading and writing skills for Thai improved and that my inference are getting better.
For our last few classes, we learned about Irregular Final Consonants. Here it was specifically "N."
I learned about how to substitute the "N" sound when a select few letters are final consonants and how to read it. I also learned how to (at least try) memorizing how to know when to use these irregular finals.
I didn't find this as difficult as others and found it straightforward. It was a great learning experience that helped pave the way for growing my understanding of the Thai language
