Looking to meet new people? Or at least play with a new team? The Secret Santa Switch Up is the day for you! Come to the field, get randomly placed on a team, and get ready for a tournament that ends with one team victorious! And did I mention every player on the winning team of the day gets a special trophy?!

To keep with the holiday spirit - while the season only runs for six weeks, most of them are double headers, guaranteeing players the most games of any Big League season!  The season then concludes with our Joy to the Championship - a Super Saturday postseason celebration that ends with one team winning a unique trophy and medals!  Will it be you?

It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's Devon!  If you play volleyball, coed kickball, women's kickball, or pickleball, chances are you have seen this wonder woman in action! 

Devon started with Big League Sports in 2023 and has quickly risen to glory with her ability to learn quickly, play hard, and now ... play while pregnant (with twins).

It all started with a reddit search. Devon was looking for a free agent friendly volleyball league, and stumbled on Big League Sports! She quickly made some friends and entered the kickball world as well. And no, she didn't stop there! She continued on to try soccer and pickleball too.  This Big League Superstar has won a trophy (or two) in each sport she plays and even won three out of four of her Spring championship matches - all while pregnant! Even now while she is taking a break from playing, you can still find her reffing coed games or cheering on her women's kickball team!

As we all know, Big League sports is about more than just what happens on the field. Way more importantly, it is about the friendships and connections we make along the way.  Devon's friends attended her wedding, threw her a gender reveal, and even take care of her cats!  

I asked Devon for her thoughts on BLS and she said "BLS has helped me form a friend group from scratch after moving to the area- I get to play multiple sports, and have fun competing regardless of how skilled I am." (There goes the humbleness we know and love her for.)

Devon's ability to not just play but thrive in sports while pregnant is an inspiration to all women.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again once the twins are ready to join you on the sidelines!
