Handover Request Update-
If the rider comes for a handover request, we will ask for the restaurant invoice or money receipt. However, if the rider is unable to provide it, we will change the status to handover if the rider provides a photo of the food.
If any riders come and ask to mark the order handed over then we need to verify first.
1. We will call the restaurant and cross check if the food is handed over to the rider or not.
2. If the restaurant is unreachable then ask the rider to share a picture of the Invoice/Money receipt.
NB : During the peak hours , we can mark the orders handed over without verification with TLs/Managers alignment.
Handover to cancel:
If the restaurant mistakenly selects "Handover" instead of canceling the order, or if the customer wants to cancel the order and the restaurant agrees but selects "Handover," (CS) will cancel the order, and the status will be updated to "Cancelled."
