Cash On Delivery

If any order gets undelivered due to customer issue, COD will be blocked from system.
To unblock COD,
1. Customer should have at least 2 successful online payments order after undelivered order.
2. If customer's undelivered order was not his/her fault.
3. If customer has good order history and requesting several times to unblock.
