Flower 

There is no exemption for flower orders, procced like food orders. No need to call the customers/riders for any kind of verifications.

Order Confirmation

Step 1: We will call the shops to check flower availability. 

Step 2: We will accept the order if shop is reachable or unreachable. 

NB: 

• We will only call the customers for cart update, cancellations due to shop closed/unavailability of flowers and not delivered cases.

• We will call the rider if there are any specific instructions from the customer. 
  
  

Flower orders are not eligible for pickup service.

• "Sorry" voucher is not eligible for Pickup or Flowers orders. 

• However, if any user wants to use 'Sorry voucher" for flower delivery, CS must inform either Rahat bhaiya or Ashfaq bhaiya.
