Vouchers/Promo Codes
If a customer faces any problem while placing an order, follow the checkpoints below:
Checkpoints:
1. Check whether the customer’s Voucher/Promo code name is correct or not.
2. Check if the MOV is OK or not.
3. Check if the voucher/promocode is available for the mentioned restaurant/zone or not , flat discounted restaurant or not.
4. Check the customer’s previous order history, customer has already availed this voucher or not
5. Check if the customer has already availed the vouchers usage limit or not
If everything is ok
Solutions:
1. Ask the customer to update the app & try again. Clear the cache & cookies.
2. If the app is updated then ask the customer to share a screen recording of full order processing.
3. We will log a complaint attaching relevant proof & forward this to the relevant team.
4. If the customer is valid then we will provide an apology voucher to the customer according to the manager’s permission.
