As of 3:30pm E.S.T., snow is actually falling, and thick enough to stick, and possibly accumulate on roads of transit. Especially applicable is the D.C. area and nearby Maryland locales. Discrepancies on earlier forecasts as to how much, and whether it will, snow has leaned toward the snow an actuality. The amount of snow might not be enough to be considered an emergency, however, is enough for road conditions to be dangerous, thereon, caution should be taken to prevent the types of emergencies that could occur when caution not taken.

Intensified areas, which look remindful of epicenters, of winter weather appear to be moving from north to south. It is up to what the reality is as to whether the curve-ball movement of the system is going to be in southeastern or southwestern direction, in consideration is how aspects of the storm are viewed.

In summary, 2-4 inches, north MidAtlantic, 1-3 inches Pennsylavania, 1-2 inches D.C. area, in the realm of possibility, for tonight and tomorrow.
