Mount Washington Hotel

HISTORY

Whenever Elayne stayed in No. Conway NH at the Eastern Slope Inn she would spend a day at the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods reading, meditating, eating and photographing whatever moved her. With its huge white building with red roof and hanging flower baskets and gardens, it is a treat for the eyes along with its awesome view of Mt. Washington. The first photo shows the walkway from the parking lot to the main entrance with a couple of guests dragging their suitcases. The Photoshop Elements artistic rendering is called "Glowing Edges." It changed all the light areas of the photo to black and put pinks, yellows and greens in the gardens. The dirt along the walkway looks like snow and you can barely see the clouds.
