Faced with a unique set of challenges in this foundation repair, Seattle Foundation Repair rose to the occasion. They were able to lift the home three inches and permanently stabilize the foundation using a total of 17 push pier systems with 5,000 PSI on each pier. Using polyurethane foam, the team was able to stabilize the concrete slabs in the back of the house. They also patched and sealed the cracks and gaps between slabs while matching the 20-degree slope. Additionally, they installed, adjustable posts with a precast concrete base on crushed rock concrete footings and a 4-inch by 6-inch by 8-foot pressure-treated beam.
