Kitchen Under $45,000

The homeowners of a 1950s bungalow had dreams of turning their closed-off kitchen into a modern, open floor plan and John Erwin Remodeling delivered. During the design and development phase, the team decided to remove a load-bearing wall to add more natural lighting to the kitchen and dining area. To create a more cohesive flow in the area, they also changed the layout of the kitchen by moving the stove, sink and refrigerator locations. They brought the space together with new, bright white cabinets, beautiful butcher-block countertops, matching stainless steel appliances, range hood and a farmhouse sink.
