Banaati, Boy North & Tailor - Another Light Review

Banaati has officially released his first Monstercat single of 2024! On 3/19/24, "Another Light" featuring Boy North & Tailor (Both of whom were making their Monstercat debut) quickly became well received by fans! Benjamin Banati is a Swedish Progressive House Producer, while Boy North is a Scottish DJ and Producer, and Tailor is a singer-songwriter from the UK!

"Another Light" was released under the Silk brand, which primarily focuses on progressive house, deep house, trance, breakbeat, and chillout music. The song fits perfectly under this category, as it is a very calm melodic house song. Unlike the music that comes from the Instinct and Uncaged brands, this song is made for you to chill out to! Although the song does build up over time, it never gets to a point where it is really intense. Things I like about this song include the guitar in the background, and Tailor's vocals, which add a big part to the music! Tailor's vocals are very similar to those of James Blake, as both singers are from the UK and have distinct accents (and also a really good voice, for that matter).

I am beginning to really get into Monstercat's music. It seems like everything they release is perfect! "Another Light" is no different! Overall, I'll be giving this track a rating of 4.8/5, as it is calming and very enjoyable! I cannot wait to hear what Monstercat's Silk brand will have in store for us next Tuesday!
