CD Haul #5: Linkin Park

I know it seems a little odd that I purchased "From Zero" despite claiming that I didn't enjoy it much in my review of it, but admittedly, it's begun to grow on me a lot, and at some point I hope to re-review it. Sure, Emily isn't as good as Chester, but she doesn't have to be, most singers & vocalists aren't anyway! 

I was able to pick up the album at my local Walmart (which was very exciting, by the way), and as soon as I got in my car I opened it up and listened to it! The album sounds great, and I love to blast it with headphones (which you shouldn't do, but I do it anyway). Some of the standouts from this album include "The Emptiness Machine", "Heavy Is the Crown", "Overflow", and "Two Faced". I like pretty much every song except "Over Each Other" though. 

Overall, this CD is great, but my only complaint is the packaging! The CD cases that fold are always annoying because they never old correctly! Thankfully that never affects the actual disc though! If you see this album at your local Walmart (or anywhere), go get it! It is worth the money! - Elliott Dudoit
