Mt. Obyx stands at the center of the Watcher's Isle. At the summit, Diss Tower contains a huge statue of the Creator sitting atop a stone throne. Orthodox Dissarians make pilgrimage to the tower when they are confirmed into the church. They also drink from the Well of Memories, which lets them glimpse memories of those who have drank before. Drinking too much or swimming in the Well of Memories can have dire consequences, such as hearing voices, seeing visions, total loss of identity, and multiple personality disorder

She also introduced them to magic, which led to the first order of wizards.

The Isles of Holding are a collection of prison-islands in the southeast. The castles of Wrath, Treachery, and Greed are used by many nations to house their worst criminals. The guards of these places are Aquitassian tieflings who only allow the imprisonment of those whose punishment will be worth their time. The Xenokar is a unique, otherwordly structure that is said to imprison some of the most terrible beings that ever walked on Dissa. These captives are thought to be predominantly extra-planar entities. The main section of the Xenokar is off-limits to any besides the Warden and his council.
Talinor's Grave lies on Starfall Isle in the southwest. The quarter-mile crater marks the place where the dragon Talinor was struck down during the Diabalos Wars of the 2nd Age. It's skeleton rests among a field of Amethyst shards. Talinor was one of only a handful of so-called Gem Dragons.
The Infernal Rift is also located on Starfall Isle. In the 2nd Age, a powerful artifact was used to open up multiple rifts to Hell. The infernal rift was used by one of the Lords of Hell to invade Isan with a host of tens of thousands of fiends and devils. This theater of the Diabalos Wars was eventually ended by the efforts of the Gem and Bronze dragonflights. This was also the last time that the Sleepers were awoken.
The Sleepers are three islands named Watlow, Ymiron, and Oxfast. In ages past, legends tell of the giant stone eyes opening and fixing their gazes upon those who threatened Isan. Then, the flash of a bright light and their foes were suddenly turned to dust.
The Spike is a 500 ft tall structure in the middle of the ocean east of Isan. It has been written about since the 2nd Age, but its purpose is not known. It does provide a good landmark for sailors.
The Isle of Rest is a cemetery south of the Watcher's Isle. Orthodox Dissarianism dictates that their deceased followers must be buried at the Isle of Rest in order to become one with their Creator. The gravedigger Ydrael accepts the responsibility of burying any who are ferried to his home.
