Shana is the first and oldest high elven settlement located on Dega'is island in the southwest. The Degannar wizards prize knowledge above all. They collect information and preserve the oldest and most accurate histories of the world. They keep many species (some thought extinct) on their island. They are the keepers of the Nine Truths; secrets that they deem too destructive to share with the world. An immense magical shield and illusion spell protect the island from the outside world.
