The water tower is scratch-built from cereal box card. The brickwork is brick paper downloaded for free from scenerybuilder.com and printed on heavy matt paper. The rust effect for the tank is from stippled "reddish" and "orangish" paint and then dust from scraped artists pastels held on with hairspray.
